The Transport Signal and Communication Museum was, when formed, based in the leased Cabramatta railway electricity substation. The group has recently moved to Kurrajong.

The group operates a museum with working displays of railway signalling and communication equipment as well as other railway memorabilia and restored heritage rollingstock.

The Museum is open to the public on advertised open days.
