The Goulburn Crookwell Heritage Railway leases the Crookwell railway
station and precinct as well as the disused Goulburn to Crookwell branch
line.
The group aims to refurbish the Crookwell railway station, yard and
other buildings as a heritage precinct and museum and restore the
complete line from Goulburn to Crookwell.
It is accredited to operate tourist trips using motorised track
machines on the Goulburn end of the line (from main line junction to
Kenmore), and from Crookwell to Macalister on the Crookwell end, but
operations are temporarily suspended due to insurance problems.
