The Binnaway Rail Heritage and Preservation Group is restoring the old Binnaway Barracks Rest House at Binnaway which will be turned into guesthouse type accommodation. This will have 12 bedrooms as well as a dining room and kitchen. In addition, the old gang shed is being restored. It is hoped to establish a museum there in the future.
